Our Brand

Stranger Danger Safety is a business run and founded by two college students, Eva Merrigan and Laura Curran. Our biggest motive is to highlight the safety of women and members of the LGBTQ+ community with the assistance of our self-defence key chains, and anti-spike Scrunchie drink cup covers.

Rape, assault, abuse and attacks against women and men occur almost every day in our society and we still feel people find it extremely hard to stand up for themselves in these traumatising
situations. We want to give our people the confidence they need to be able to defend themselves and feel safe against threats, and we believe that safety starts within.

 We as a brand want our people to stay safe and help raise awareness about our rights and self-defence. This issue is something very close to our hearts, as we have loved ones experience these types of encounters – some serious and some less serious, but have been
left defenceless in times of need. Our products will help our people stay safe.

We understand that violence is not the answer, but we strongly believe that our people have the right to defend themselves in times of danger and where it is necessary. 

 In aid of our key chains and Anti-Spike Scrunchie drink cup covers, our brand mission is to help women and the LGBTQ+ community feel safe and protected in all situations.
